This is all about you! Whether your goal is weight-loss, muscle gain, general health and fitness improvements, strength, mobility/flexibility, performance/sports-specific, or a combination of many goals, our expert trainer will design a program to get you the results you desire, while taking into consideration your skill level, abilities, and limitations.

Every personal training program is individually tailored and specifically designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Personal training can be one-on-one, partnered or small group training (max 4 people) and is available in 6, 8 or 12 week packages. We also offer a "total health package" which includes a mixture of personal training and group fitness classes to fast track your results and provide value for money.

Group Fitness Classes

We love the fun, supportive and motivating environment that is created through group fitness. There is nothing better than getting through a workout and working toward your goals with other like-minded people who encourage and support each other!

At FitLife AU we offer a variety of group fitness classes that have been designed to meet a wide range of health and fitness goals and are suitable for all fitness levels. Classes include strength-based, cardio-based, high intensity, boxing, yoga, seniors-specific, and much more! Our classes are not pre-choreographed so you will never do the same workout twice!

All classes are designed and run by our expert trainer, and can be modified for individual ages, gender, fitness levels, health status and injury.

Open Floor

Wanting to exercise outside of classes and PT's? The gym is available during selected hours for clients to utilise the space and equipment for their own workouts. There is a trainer on site at all times to ensure safety and to offer helpful tips and advice. 

We want to see everyone achieve their health and fitness goals so we also offer free consultations, fitness testing and programming for all open floor members.

The Total Health Package

The Total Health Package incorporates personal training and group fitness into a single personalised and goal-specific program to fast track your results and provide value for money.

This package provides clients with one or more personal training session per week and unlimited access to all group fitness classes and open floor time slots. Following an initial consultation and health and fitness assessment, our expert trainer will develop a tailored personal training plan, exercise program, and an individual class and/or open floor schedule to ensure you get the results you desire.

Other programs and packages

Throughout the year, we will offer specialised programs and packages outside of our usual services, like boot camps, beginner programs, transformation programs, etc. These programs and packages will run for a specific period of time and require participants to commit to the entire program. Prices will vary and all relevant information will be available on our website and social media pages.
